Lazy Dog
Lazy was inspired by the same knitting pattern as my Lion. He’s been done for quite awhile, but I couldn’t locate buttons in the stash for eyes. (These are from an old mother-of-pearl cuff link.) The yarn is Stacy Charles Pasha, which I really like for weaving animals. I used 4”x6” Weavette rectangles for the body and head, 4”x4” squares for the legs and tail, 2”x2” squares for the muzzle and spots.

Glad you’re back, Jana! I was getting worried about you. But, hey, if it’s just lazy, that’s a good thing.

Oh the guilt! But blogging every day or even every week (lately every month) is beyond my capability. A bit manic-depressive here and I’ve been very distracted by family. We moved my octogenarian mom close by. With her and two little grandsons (maybe three by tomorrow), I haven’t been weaving a lot. But I think about it and lately have been moved to do more than thinking. It’s a sporadic thing… Thanks for your patience!
Such a cute puppy!!! I love it!
Great to have you back! Kept checking your blog every day and finally today was the day! Love the dog! Can’t wait to see all the others to come!!
Great to see you back! I love the little puppy! I just finished a pair of mittens made with weaveit squares and a knitted cuff. Plushy and warm.
After reading what you’ve been up to, I gotta say nope, it’s not the lazy! You’ve had a lot on your plate. Glad you are surviving.

Thank you for your blog and eloomination site. Learning to use a weave it loom has provided me a wonderful source of meditation. I am currently trying out your origami pillow pattern and making a bunch of two-inch remnant squares from yarn, fabric, ribbon, etc. for some to-be-determined patchwork item. Welcome back!
This is my first visit to your site. I thank you for the tut for t-shirt yarn. This will come in very handy. What really caught my eye was this puppy. It reminded me of Little Orphan Annie’s dog. I look forward to seeing what you do next.:^)
I love the dog. One day I’ll sit down and make some squares with my weave it.
